Enrique G. Serna is the Founder and Owner of the firm of Serna & Associates PLLC. Enrique was born in Monterrey, Mexico and is bilingual.

Upon completing his high school education, Enrique attended the University of Texas Pan American , where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing, in the year 1990 and concurrently his Associate in Arts Degree from Texas Southmost College in 1991. Enrique continued his post graduate education at Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law, in Houston , Texas , where he received his Doctor of Jurisprudence degree in the year 1993. Enrique also attended the University of Victoria, British Columbia, Cumberland School of Law, where he studied courses in International and Comparative Law.
