Michael Pierce and Founding Members of Global Justice Forum at our Rome, Italy Meeting in 2007
Latinlaw's global network has grown significantly during the past few years.  As founding members of the GLOBAL JUSTICE NETWORK, we now have established key, personal contacts joined with top international civil litigation and commercial law firms in Europe, Asia, and Latin America.  Among them, are:  the French law firm of SELAS Arnaud CLAUDE - Nicolas SARKOZY, the Dublin, Ireland solicitors - B.P. O'Reilly and Company, U.S. Litigation Firm Lieff Cabraser Heimann & Bernstein, Canadian Law Firm Rochon Genova, Chinese Law Practice Lehman Lee & Xu, the Jakarta, Indonesia Law Firm of Abraham and Abraham, the Istambul, Turkey law firm of Yasar Ozturk  and in Romania the Law Offices of Virgil Melnic. These Global Justice Network firms, along with twenty other members, worldwide,  provide Latinlaw with the international expertise needed to resolve international legal problems.  Wall Street's total collapse and world banking problems, caused mainly by the Madoff and Sup-prime mortgage scandals will require extensive international legal cooperation and networking skills.  Our Global Justice Network is working to provide investment fraud clients with the best available, high-level representation.

International legal networking is vital to Latinlaw's core business.  Most of our clients worldwide have legal problems involving cross-border litigation.  The Madoff and Sub-prime cases are prime examples.  Latin American clients (with offshore corporations), defrauded by U.S. firms and international banks, require sophisticated representation.  Our Global Justice members, working with Latinlaw, can provide this representation.
